Edges

Every time we cut a pan of bars, we trim the edges first. A sheet pan of bars is pretty big, so there's a pretty big pile every time we finish. When you add the ones that break or don't turn out perfectly for one reason or another, there's a quite a stack of edges! Rather than waste the best part of the batch, we package them in little quarter-pound bags and share them with our nearest and dearest...that's you! They're perfect for snacking or crumbling over ice cream.
